Unpacked cleanly in to my Win 98OS Program folder. But I could not activite the facility. Just uninstall and the .dll file. So I rebooted, checked again, same result so I downloaded again. Same result. No icons on desktop. No additional menu items on OE6. What SHOULD happen?
